Il Gruppo ha 60 unità operative (48 delle quali sono impianti produttivi) in 27 paesi con un fatturato nel 2011 di 970 milioni di euro (previsione) e circa 3900 collaboratori.

Inoltre, nel novembre 2011, Coesia ha acquisito Sasib con un fatturato di 19 milioni di Euro e 80 collaboratori e nel gennaio 2012 Flexlink con un fatturato nel 2011 di 175 milioni di Euro e 800 collaboratori.
